Late registrants (after the course has started) pay the full course fee and don't receive a discount for missed classes. All programs, prices and instructors are subject to change without notice. NSF transactions are charged $50.
Student withdrawals
Applies to courses, camps, PA days, workshops, programs and events.
- 14 or more days before the start date: 85% refund, or a 90% deferral credit to use within 12 months.
- 7 – 13 days before: no refund, but a 90% deferral credit to use within 12 months.
- Fewer than 7 days before: no refund or deferral. Registrations may be transferred to another person, subject to approval.
No refunds or make-up sessions are issued for an individual's absence.
If we cancel
If a course is cancelled, we'll let you know as soon as possible and give a full refund. Courses may be delayed due to limited enrolment. If a class is cancelled due to weather, illness or other circumstances, we'll arrange a make-up class.
